Our current turnaround time is 1-3 business days for most items. Orders are typically shipped out on Monday-Thursdays, occasionally on Fridays (if your order is set to go out on a Friday, it will be sent early unless there is missing information). I highly suggest putting in your zip code on the listing and Etsy will give you an estimated arrival date. The times are true to what it states (typically). If you need an item quicker than the estimated arrival date please contact me for info on rushing your order or choosing a faster shipping method! Please note that estimated arrival dates are only estimates - if you need your item by a certain date, I highly recommend upgrading to tracked shipping at checkout. Business days are Monday - Friday, & excluding major holidays (We observe all Federal public holidays). Some turnaround times on individual listings vary.
If you choose free/standard shipping, I allow 10 postal days for your order to arrive, but items typically arrive sooner. * If you need your order by a certain date, I highly recommend upgrading to tracked shipping, which you can add on at checkout. If you're unsure of which method would be best, feel free to message me and I will be happy to help you out! Please note if your tracking number begins with a "00" this is a special tracking through Etsy and Pitney Bowes. It's not the same as having a tracking number through USPS so it will not show up in their system-- Etsy calls it "tracked", but it is essentially metered mail (the same as shipping with a stamp) and it gets scanned at different post office centers, but not actually once it's been delivered to you or off the mail truck like normal USPS tracking. It'll only show up through Etsy; however, lately, I have been having some issues with the tracking showing up and most orders only showing "Pre-transit" even though they have been shipped. Etsy is aware of this issue and they are working with Pitney Bowes to fix it, but unfortunately, I do not have any control over the tracking. I do allow 10 postal days from the shipping date for the orders to arrive before I will resend it according to my policies for the orders with free/standard shipping, but if you haven't received your order, please reach out. Frequently asked questions
Will my package include tracking?
All orders are sent in a standard envelope with metered mail unless you pay for upgraded tracking under the shipping upgrade portion at checkout
OR
Orders totaling $15 (excluding taxes & shipping) will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage WITH a tracking number (2-6 Days) unless you decide to upgrade your shipping.
If you receive a tracking number starting with "00" this is metered mail tracking through Etsy and is essentially like shipping with a stamp. Metered mail is tracked to an extent, but it is not the same as having a USPS tracking # and USPS will not recognize these tracking #'s on their website.
If you have a tracking number starting with "9", this is a USPS recognized tracking # and will appear on their website.
If I pay for upgraded tracking at checkout does that make the processing time faster?
Unfortunately, NO! The shipping upgrade at checkout does not mean the processing time changes - it solely means that your item will be shipped with a different method and that shipping method is quicker, so you will receive your item quicker ONCE it has shipped. It is still the same turnaround time (typically 2-3 business days) unless you pay the RUSH fee. The RUSH fee is an available option if you would like your item to be put up to the top of the line. If you contact me before ordering, I will do my best to accommodate your needs, but there is no guarantee that I will actually be able to get it to you on time as I receive 40-120 orders a day. Please contact me via Etsy convo to set that up! :)
Ah! I put the wrong address!! Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, if your item has NOT shipped you may change your address. Message me via Etsy Conversations and we will figure it out!
Unfortunately, if your item has shipped out, I am unable to change the shipment, and your item will not be replaced for free. A whole new order must be placed to get your order.
My decal was messed up when I got it. Can I get another one?
You must send picture proof that it was messed up. If it was my fault I will replace for free! Yippie!
Oh darn! I messed up my decal when I was putting it on. Can you replace it?
It happens to the best of us. Unfortunately, I will not be able to replace your decal for free, but I can give you a coupon code to get a % off of another one if you ask!
Do orders come with transfer paper and instructions for how to apply the decal?
Yes! All orders come with directions and transfer paper to ensure smooth and easy application.
What is the correct order to place my initials in for a monogram?
Monograms are placed in the order of first name initial, LAST name initial, middle name initial if there is a larger middle letter. For example, Hannah Grace Mitchell would be hMg. If all letters are straight across with no larger center letter, it is proper to put it in initial order. Hannah Grace Mitchell would be HGM.
What do I do If I never received my order?
Once I ship orders they are OUT OF MY HANDS & in the USPS's hands!
If you haven't gotten your order, please contact me! My policy is to wait 10 postal days from the shipping date for you to receive your items, even if they have been marked as "delivered" (unless you paid for a shipping upgrade). If your order was under $10, I will replace your order for free & send again with standard shipping with the option for you to add tracking. If you do not receive the 2nd time, I will not resend a 3rd, so tracking is recommended. If your order was over $10, I will replace your order for free & send with tracked shipping. You must contact me within 30 days from the ship date for your order to be replaced.
I never received my order, and realized I put the wrong address on my order. Will you replace my order?
I print labels exactly as you have written your address on the order. If you have put the wrong address on your order, & your order has already been shipped, I will not replace your order for free. You must wait until the order gets returned to me & you will need to pay for the shipping for me to reship the order out since the funds were already used to cover the 1st shipping. (In rare cases, some orders do not get returned, & a new order must be placed). I would love to be able to replace all orders for free, but it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure their address is correct.
On some orders I receive, the color is not put. What do I do in this situation?
In this case, I will contact you via Etsy conversations once by asking the color, and second by extending your ship date. If I do not hear back from you on either of these messages and your ship date has come, your order will be sent in white or in a color at my discretion. Please understand I do my best to accommodate every order, but it is the buyers responsibility to list the color as asked in the directions when ordering. Thank you for understanding!
